HeARTful Wellness Series
What is the HeARTful Wellness series about?
HeARTful Wellness series invites you to ignite your curiosity and acknowledge your true connection to yourself, others and the world around you. It also encourages self-care and heartful creativity for the body, mind and spirit.
In this 4-week series we will be exploring one topic each week covering, I love-Gratitude, I am-Alignment, I need-Insight and finishing with I will-Action. Nicky Beecroft offer’s this through exploring mindfulness practices, creative arts processes and through conversations and connection to our art. We learn though sharing our experiences and the unique magic each person brings to the collective.
What do we do in a HeARTful wellness session?
While sipping on a delicious cup of tea you are invited to join the table and a conversation with other like-minded people. We meet and greet each other, Nicky will introduce a HeARTful wellness topic to explore and you will be invited to explore this though a creative arts process. A creative arts process includes a mixture of experimenting with various art materials and mediums as well as breathing techniques, visualization, journaling, gentle movements and of course the art making itself. We finish each session with sharing where you are invited to listen to others experiences and share your own discoveries you wish to offer to the group. We will then close the group each week with a small closing ritual.
