Do you have a dream deep inside your heart for you or a loved one that you wish you could catch?

The intention of this workshop is to facilitate a space where you are welcomed and encouraged to weave these dreams to life! We do this by connecting with what’s in our hearts, trusting the process and creating from there our own unique sacred totem in the form of a traditionally woven dream catcher.

The American Indians believed that the web trapped the bad dream and let the good dreams softly flowing down the feathers and allow it to settle into your being as you sleep.

This workshop is facilitated by Nicky Beecroft. Nicky is deeply passionate facilitator of creative expression, movement and sensory experiences, developing leader in social and environmental change and sustainability and a gardener of life.

Nicky’s background combines her own love of multiple practices including, mindfulness, art, movement. dance, yoga, Qi Gong, repurposing, organic gardening, cooking and nutrition and her studies in Lomi Lomi Bodywork, Reiki and Transpersonal Art Therapy.

As an Art Therapist her intention is to hold space with a client centred approach, offer space for us to connect to ourselves and the group. Nicky invites the individual to expand their vocabulary through experiential learning. Through this process her invitation is for it to influence and shift personal, organisational and social narratives and attitudes and invite and expand our window of presence, flexibility, adaptability, resilience and love!

Please note this workshop is restricted to 8 places.
