Our specialist classes are perfect for bringing you together be it a hen's party, a work get-together prior to heading back into the office, or a get-together with your mates. 

While private at-home gatherings are still considered high risk settings, we’re delighted to welcome you into our own home for fun and safe socially distanced crafts & art workshops for you and your friends.

Our studio has great air flow and we will keep the windows open at  all times. 

Step into our gorgeous studio on Hardware Lane, Melbourne CBD, and let us treat you to some grazing plates, chocolates and bubbly, all while you enjoy expert tuition from our most experienced artists.

You'll also be showing some much-needed support for our lovely artists who have been hit hard by this most recent lockdown.

MACRAME | HAND MAKE YOUR OWN POT HANGER

In this macramé class Barbara Niglio will demonstrate a range of traditional knots that can be used in macramé. 

Participants pick and choose their favourites to create a macramé plant hanger. Barb uses locally-spun 100% cotton rope and wooden dowel. 

This is a fun session held in our beautiful space. So, come along make some new friends, enjoy a glass of bubbles and make yourself a really cool pot hanger.

All materials are provided. Just bring yourself and your enthusiasm! This is a two-hour workshop and you’ll go home with a wonderful piece of macramé art.

YOUR TEACHER | BARBARA NIGLIO

This fun and eco-friendly class will be led by Barbara Niglio. Barbara has worked in the fashion industry and has taught in the Fashion area at Box Hill Institute for many years. She has developed a love for repurposing and all things sustainable. Unusual waste materials are often used in wearable art pieces and these have featured in her exhibitions. Teaching skills and encouraging creativity to class participants gives Barbara a deep satisfaction as she endeavours to pass on the creative vibe and sense of achievement and wellbeing that goes along with it.
